I help first-time founders turn ideas into products that ship - from technical validation to building your founding team.

Currently bootstrapping BetSquad (Flutter/Node.js SaaS), so I'm solving the same problems I help my clients with: architecture decisions, MVP scope, early hiring, lean development.

Sukhi Sindhu

Co-Founder

I've spent over 17 years in the food and drinks industry — building, scaling, and sometimes rebuilding businesses from the ground up.

I've launched my own startups across distribution, sales, marketing, and operations, and worked alongside big brands during periods of exponential growth. Most recently, I founded NOBL WATR, a fast-growing, sustainable spring water brand — built lean, and built to last.

That hands-on experience — knowing where the real costs hide, what actually drives growth, and how to do more with less — is exactly what I now bring to other founders and brands.
